Wasia Tariq also achieved a notable third position with 1058 marks in the same examination. These exceptional results demonstrate the students' hard work and dedication to academic excellence.

In another significant achievement, the Central Council of Research in Unani Medicine, New Delhi, sanctioned two research projects to two final-year students, Janat Manhas and Wasim Ahmad.  The research work has to be carried out under the guidance of Dr. Amjad Waheed Yousuf and Dr. Azad Hussain Lone, Associate Professors, Govt Unani Medical College Ganderbal.

The students expressed their gratitude to the college administration, particularly Prof. Dr. Iffat Hassan, for their constant encouragement and support. Prof. Dr. Iffat Hassan, Head of the Institution, attributed these success stories to the collective efforts of the faculty members and the nodal officer of the college.
