The trials were organised under the overall guidance and visionary leadership of Director General Youth Services & Sports, J&K Anuradha Gupta with active support from Joint Director Youth Services & Sports  Jammu  Venakshi Koul and Deputy Director (Activities) Megha Baogia.

At the district level, the event was supervised by District Youth Services & Sports Officer Poonch  Qasim. As many as 170 Under-17 boys from different parts of the District  participated in the trials with great enthusiasm, highlighting the growing interest and passion for cricket among the youth. The selection process was carried out in a fair, transparent and systematic manner by the duly constituted selection committee, which assessed players on the basis of technical skills, physical fitness, discipline, teamwork, and overall performance.
