JAMMU: The five students of M.Sc. Biotechnology program of session 2023-2025 of Centre for Molecular Biology, CU Jammu, Ms. Tripti Kumari, Ms. Chesta Madan, Ms. Harnayan Kour, Mr. Devraj, Ms. Ritika Sharma received the placement offers from the GRG health, OMAK Solution, SKUAST Jammu. The training and placement cell (TPO) of Central University of Jammu facilitated the students’ placements to the biotechnology and health firms.
Prof. Sanjeev Jain, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Central University of Jammu congratulated the students and wished them great success in their future endeavours. He also appreciated the efforts of faculty members of the Centre of Molecular Biology and Training and Placement cell of the university for close coordination for the benefits and success of the students in their placements.
The TPO cell of the CU Jammu is committed to the placements of the students at university and works in close coordination with the various departments of the university including Centre for Molecular Biology, CUJ. In the past also Ms. Viraj Magotra, Training and Placement Officer, and Surykash Dubey, Assistant TPO guided the students about the essential elements such as personal information, educational background, work experience, skills and achievement and the importance of clear and concise aspects needed to write a good resume and CV for the industry and academia job placements.
Dr. Narendra K Bairwa, Director CMB and the faculty members of the Centre congratulated the students for their first job placements and wished them great success in their careers and jobs.
