JAMMU: Son of the soil Dr. Nikhil Mahajan, who has completed his MBBS and MD Medicine from Government Medical College Jammu and did his DNB Cardiology from India’s Premier Heart Institute Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, Delhi has joined as Associate Consultant at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspecialty Hospital, Katra. Dr. Nikhil Mahajan is a gold medalist  of MBBS batch of 2004-09 of Jammu University.

He has also served as Registrar at Government Medical College, Jammu for a brief duration. He was working at Fortis Escort Heart Institute Delhi as Associate Consultant Cardiology and has performed various complex heart procedures before joining Narayana Hospital.
