JAMMU: In order to promote the ongoing BJP’s Membership Drive up to Booth Level, a meeting was held at BJP Office Poonch today. The meeting was held under the Chairmanship Aseem Gupta, State Vice President Bhartiya Janta Party Jammu and Kashmir, which was attended by other leaders of the party.
The ongoing membership drive will be concluding on Dec 8. Addressing to the party workers, Aseem Gupta said emphasized the need to intensify the membership drive. He said, “After the conclusion of Membership Drive, which will be concluding on Dec 8, the party will start ‘Active Membership Drive’ in Jammu and Kashmir from December 9. During the drive, the party will appoint two active members, who have joined 50 members in the party folds, during the ongoing membership drive.”
The senior BJP leader said, “BJP’s mission is to include and empower every section of society. The ongoing membership drive is the foundation of our strength. We must connect with people at every level and make them part of our vision for a progressive and united Jammu and Kashmir. Aseem Gupta assured the party workers that the BJP remains committed to delivering good governance, development and opportunities for all citizens in Jammu and Kashmir.
