RAMBAN: The District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) of Ramban, chaired by the Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary has approved 73 cases across various schemes under the Mission Youth initiative.
Following thorough scrutiny, the DLIC members including General Manager, DIC, Assistant Director Employment(Nodal Officer, Mission Youth), Assistant Regional Transport Officer, District Social Welfare Officer, District Lead Bank Manager & District Nodal Officer JKEDI Ramban, granted approval to 59 cases under the Mumkin scheme, 11 under Tejaswini, and 3 under the Self Employment Initiative (SEI).
Additionally, the DLIC approved 19 cases under the Tejaswini scheme for interest subvention, supporting young women entrepreneurs by reducing financial burdens. The committee also approved 10 cases in which the activity & unit address was changed.
These schemes are designed to empower local youth by offering financial support and resources, enabling them to pursue self-employment and entrepreneurial ventures. The approvals reaffirm the districtâs commitment to fostering youth-led economic development and self-reliance in the region.
