SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Employees Joint Action Committee (J&K EJAC) has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Haji Er. Gh Mohiuddin Bhat of Sonwar, Srinagar, father of Er. Bilal Ahmad Bhat (KAS), former Additional Commissioner Kashmir.
In a statement issued here, EJAC President and Chairman JKRTC Workers Union, Wajahat Hussain Durrani, extended his heartfelt condolences to Bilal Ahmad Bhat, who has served in several prominent positions, including Managing Director JKRTC, Director of Food & Supplies, and Director Industries.
Describing the late Haji Er. Gh Mohiuddin Bhat as a man of impeccable honesty, dedication, and commitment to society, Mr. Durrani stated, "Haji Gh Mohiuddin Bhat, an ex-engineer, was widely respected for his contributions and exemplary character. His demise has created a void that cannot be filled."
EJAC Vice President Farooq Ahmad Khan also expressed profound grief, saying, “Haji Gh Mohiuddin Bhat was a beacon of integrity and dedication. His values and commitment to his family and community will continue to inspire us. The loss is deeply felt by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him."
Expressing solidarity with Mr. Bilal Ahmad Bhat and his family during this time of grief, Mr. Durrani remarked, "The entire community stands united with Mr. Bilal Ahmad and his family in these testing times. We pray for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace and for the family to find strength in this difficult moment."
