JAMMU: Prof.Bhim Singh, Supremo of National Panthers Party called on the people of all three regions of the state namely, Ladakh, Kashmir Valley and Jammu State with ballots not bullets which is the only way to over throw the oppressors  and suppressors who have been  governing J&K since 1950. He called on the new generation in J&K that the Constitution has given them a stronger weapon, ballot paper, which is much more stronger than the outdated guns and draconian laws made by the state for the oppression and suppression of the people of J&K.

NPP Supremo appealed the young and the senior leadership of the political parties in the state as well as experienced Hurriyat Conference leaders to join hands with the people of the three regions for democracy, rule of law and peace in the interest of all the people of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh who have been looking for justice and bright future for their children.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that reorganization of J&K is the only way out which shall suit the interest of all three regions of the state. This is possible to hold fresh election and the new leadership in the legislature should sit together and jointly work for kind of federation of J&K. It is only federation rather confederation where each region shall have autonomous status within each region and each region shall have a local provincial government. Each region shall have its own financial status and opportunity to provide opportunities for the younger generation to develop without any interference from outside.

The three Assemblies of J&K can have a kind of confederation with autonomous government were Kashmir province and another for Jammu province. The two autonomous assemblies should form kind of confederation without interference from the other side in the domestic affairs. The Union of India should guarantee financial assistance independently to both the provinces. Ladakh has gone ahead by creating an autonomous zone for itself and the people of Ladakh are contended with the latest development and growth in its political structure.
