JAMMU: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu & Kashmir General Secretary Baldev Singh Billawaria today asserted that the BJP’s greatest strength lies in its dedicated and disciplined cadre, emphasising that strengthening the organisation at the booth level remains the party’s foremost priority. The meeting was attended by BJP District President Updesh Andotra, Hiranagar MLA Vijay Sharma, senior party leaders, Mandal office bearers and party activists.

Addressing an organisational meeting of Koota Mandal under BJP District Kathua, Billawaria said that strong booth committees are the foundation of the party’s sustained success and the enduring trust reposed in it by the people. He urged party workers to continue working with dedication, discipline and commitment to further strengthen the organisation at the grassroots. 

A detailed review of organisational activities was conducted during the meeting, with extensive discussions on upcoming organisational programmes, public outreach initiatives and strategies for expanding the party’s organisational network. Billawaria described every karyakarta as the backbone of the BJP and called upon workers to actively take the Central Government’s welfare schemes and the party’s policies to every household. He announced that similar organisational meetings would be held in a phased manner across all Mandals of the district to further strengthen the organisation and ensure effective communication of the party’s policies, strategies and future programmes to every worker.  

Highlighting the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Billawaria said the BJP is steadfastly working towards the vision of nation-building and inclusive development. He urged party workers to strengthen booth committees, intensify public outreach campaigns and enhance organisational coordination to ensure the successful implementation of forthcoming party programmes and campaigns.

Speaking on the occasion, Hiranagar MLA Vijay Sharma said that it is the responsibility of every BJP worker to ensure that the benefits of the government’s welfare schemes reach the last person in society. He stressed the need to further strengthen booth-level public outreach and remain responsive to the concerns of the people. BJP District President Updesh Andotra urged party workers to actively participate in all organisational programmes and campaigns with complete dedication and commitment, reaffirming the party’s resolve to further strengthen its organisational structure at every level.
