In his message, the Chief Minister highlighted the spiritual significance of Shab-e-Barat, emphasizing that it is a night of introspection and prayer when Muslims seek divine pardon and guidance.

He urged people to embrace the spiritual essence of the occasion and pray for the well-being of all humanity. The Chief Minister also prayed for peace, prosperity and progress to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
