Shri Uttam Singh was a casual laborer with the Urban Forestry Department Jammu, who was deputed at Lok Bhavan.
The Lieutenant Governor conveyed his deepest condolences to the bereaved family members. He prayed for the eternal peace to the departed soul and strength for the family in this difficult hour. A two-minute silence was also observed in memory of the deceased.
