DODA: As part of the ongoing Swachhta Pakhwada campaign, a plantation drive was organized today at Tehsil Office Doda. Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sudarshan Kumar led the initiative by planting a sapling, symbolizing the commitment to a cleaner and greener environment.

The Municipal Council Doda spearheaded a "Swachh Ward Campaign" titled "Together, Let's Paint Our City Clean and Green." The initiative aims to engage the community in beautifying and maintaining the cleanliness of Doda city.

The plantation drive saw participation from various officials, including Naib Tehsildar Doda, Naib Tehsildar Regional Director of Survey & Land Records, and staff from the Municipal Council Doda. Together, they planted numerous saplings in and around the Tehsil office, symbolizing a collective commitment to enhancing the green cover of the region.

The Swachhta Pakhwada, a nationwide cleanliness and sanitation drive, is being observed across Jammu & Kashmir to promote environmental consciousness and sustainable practices. The Swachhta Pakhwada Campaign encouraged citizens to participate actively in cleanliness drives and environmental conservation efforts.
