JAMMU: Shree Bhagwan Parshuram Trust (SBPT) (Regd) today organized a program in lieu of incarnation day of Bhagwan Shree Parshuram Ji and pledged to follow the path of struggle, truthfulness and flawless life.
The ex-minister Mr Jugal Sharma was the chief guest, whereas ex-MLA Ashwani Sharma, producer of Indian cinema Arun Sharma, BTS national secretary Dinesh Jindal and Haryana Pradesh Sehkari president Kartar Singh Saini were guests of homour, ex-MLA Ashwani Sharma, Ajay Sharma KPS SP Jammu South and JN Sharma were special guests and ex-MLA Ashok Sharma presided the function.
While addressing the gathering Jugal Sharma congratulated the brhamin community on the pious day of incarnation day of Bhagwan Shree Parshuram Ji and ased them to follow the path of the Lord Shree Parshuram Ji. He said that the teachings of Lord Parshuram Ji would be most applicable at any ear of life. Lord Parshuram Ji always stood against the oppression, tyranny, despotism, oppressiveness and persecution. He asked the people to remain in touch with the roots of Lord Parshuram Ji.
Glorifying the life of Lord Shree Parshuram ji, Ashwanti Sharma said that Shree Parshuram Ji was never remained against any community or section of society except cruelty of the then rulers or muscled persons. He said that Lord Shree Parshuram has set precedent for others to live with morality.
The chief general secretary Pt RC Sharma moved three proposals for the approval of the house and the house has unanimously passed the three proposals and these proposals would be pursued accordingly. The proposals included creation of Brahman Development Board by the government of Jammu & Kashmir; to pay homage to martyr Rajguru, Jhansi Ki Rani and Chandershekhar Azad on their birth anniversaries; and to initiate the membership drive to expand the base of the trust.
Prior to this Dr Kuldeep Sharma welcomed the guests and presented mementos to the guests as token of love. Seventy-four social personalities of different fields were honoured by the trust to encourage them. The stage was compeered by Pt RC Sharma and Anita Chandpuri.
