SRINAGAR: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today inaugurated the Free Breast Cancer Screening Seva programme here at Civil Secretariat, a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at promoting early detection and awareness of breast cancer among women.
