KULGAM: In compliance with the directions of the J&K LSA, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Kulgam, under the chairmanship of Aijaz Ahmad Khan Chairman DLSA (Pr. District & Sessions Judge) Kulgam, organized an awareness programme on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act, at South Kashmir Paramedical Nursing College Kulgam.

During the event, Dar Zubair Altaf (Asst. LADC), Labeeba Alamgir (Asst. LADC) and Saima Gull (Asst. LADC) delivered lectures on the significance of Prevention of Women from Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act and also provided detailed information on the various schemes introduced by NALSA.

The programme was attended by the DLSA staff, LADCs, PLVs, students and teachers of the institution. Furthermore an awareness programme on Beti Bachao Beti Padhao was organized at Govt. Girls Hr. Secondary School Qazigund. The programme was moderated by Chairman TLSC Qazigund and was attended by Panel Lawyers, PLVs and students and teaching staff of the said Institution.
