KULGAM: The Drug Control Organization Kulgam today carried out extensive inspections in Tehsil Devsar and Kulgam areas with a primary focus on implementing the directives issued by higher authorities regarding the digitization of records.
Approximately 20 drug sale outlets were inspected during the drive, covering areas such as Devsar, Chowgam, Bonigam and surrounding regions. Drug Control Authorities Kulgam stressed the importance of adhering to license conditions and mandatorily installing computerized billing systems for efficient record-keeping.
In line with the inspection, three firms were issued on-the-spot notices for various violations of drug regulations. Additionally, 25 drug samples from different companies were collected for subsequent testing and analysis.
