DODA: A health camp under the aegis of Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) was organized today at Village Kholra of Medical Block Bhaderwah. The camp was aimed at providing essential healthcare services at the doorstep of the people, particularly in remote and underserved areas and ensuring early detection and management of common health conditions.

Around 50 patients availed the healthcare services during the camp. A wide range of services including general health check-ups, blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar testing, distribution of free medicines and health counselling were provided to the beneficiaries.

The camp was headed by Dr. Rahat Goni (MO RBSK) and assisted by local health staff along with the MMU team from CMO Office, ensuring smooth and effective conduct of the camp.

The team also conducted awareness sessions on preventive healthcare, personal hygiene and lifestyle modifications to promote overall well-being among the local population. The initiative received a positive response from the residents, who appreciated the efforts of the Health Department for bringing quality healthcare services closer to their doorsteps.
