DODA: The Motor Vehicle Department (MVD), Doda, under the guidance of Transport Commissioner Vishesh Paul Mahajan and Deputy Commissioner, Harvinder Singh and the supervision of ARTO, Rajesh Gupta, organized a Road Safety Awareness Program at Paryote Pul Doda. The program was conducted as part of National Road Safety Month-2025 to educate the public about the importance of road safety and promoting responsible driving practices.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from local drivers and featured interactive sessions and demonstrations to promote road safety awareness and encourage responsible behavior on the roads. Speaking on the occasion, the ARTO emphasized the need for collective efforts to minimize road accidents and ensure safety on the roads. He highlighted the importance of following traffic rules, wearing helmets, and avoiding reckless driving. Inspector MVD Robin also underscored the significance of such awareness programs in fostering a safer driving culture. The program concluded with participants taking a pledge to adhere to road safety norms and promote responsible driving practices in their communities.
