BUDGAM: Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Budgam, Nusrat Ali Hakak conducted a comprehensive inspection of the Legal Aid Clinic at JJB Budgam. The purpose of the inspection was to assess the accessibility and quality of legal aid services provided to people, ensuring that they receive timely legal representation and support.

During the visit, she closely monitored the functioning of the legal aid services in the Clinic and interacted with the Para-legal volunteers (PLVs) to evaluate their role in assisting people including Juveniles with legal aid.  DLSA Budgam remains committed to strengthening legal aid mechanisms and ensuring that vulnerable sections of society, receive timely and effective legal support. These initiatives reinforce the mission of access to justice for all and promote awareness about free legal aid services available under the legal framework of India.
