• J&K’s promising Taekwondo Athletes Vie for national-level selection

DODA: District Youth Services & Sports Department today organised the Inter-Division UT-Level Taekwondo Championship here at the Indoor Stadium, bringing together promising Taekwondo athletes from across Jammu & Kashmir for a high-level competitive sporting event. The championship was organised in accordance with the Activity Calendar issued by the Directorate of Youth Services & Sports, J&K.

Chief Education Officer Bhushan Kumar Pathak and District Youth Services & Sports Officer declared the championship open. Addressing the participating athletes, they encouraged them to compete with discipline, determination and true sporting spirit, while extending their best wishes for the championship.

The Indoor Stadium witnessed an energetic display of power, precision, speed and sporting excellence as athletes competed with determination to make their mark and advance towards the national stage.

The championship is being conducted under the directions of the Director General, Youth Services & Sports, J&K Anuradha Gupta and under the supervision of DYSSO Ashok Kumar.
