DODA: District Youth Services & Sports Department today organised the Inter-District Division-Level Taekwondo Championship 2026 for Boys of All Age Groups here at the Indoor Stadium Doda. Young Taekwondo athletes from various districts of the Jammu Division are participating in the competition.

The championship commenced with an energetic opening ceremony, providing the participating athletes an opportunity to showcase their technical skills, agility, discipline, determination and competitive spirit. The event witnessed keen competition among promising young sportspersons from across the division.

Speaking on the occasion, the DYSSO emphasised that division-level competitions provide young athletes with valuable exposure to competitive sporting environments, help build confidence and enable them to gain experience against athletes from different districts.

The successful conduct of the championship is being facilitated by Activity Incharges Vikram Chandail and Sanjay Sharma, along with the dedicated efforts of participating coaches, managers, technical officials and supporting staff.
