REASI: An Awareness programme was held today by Khadi & Village Industries Board Reasi here at ITI College to aware general public about the benefits of the Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) and Jammu & Kashmir Rural Employment Generation Programme (JKREGP). The participants were informed about easy loan facilities available through recognized financial institutions for self employment and self entrepreneurship.
Incharge District Officer KVIB Narayan Dass informed that new ventures of manufacturing, service and trading sectors can be opened under PMEGP and JKREGP with provision of subsidy and technical assistance. He also sensitized the participants about procedures and the formalities required for registration and uploading of application forms to avail the PMEGP & JKREGP schemes.
The camp was attended by the Chief Guest Director RSETI Nam Kumar Gora, Superintendent of ITI College Rajesh Kumar Banotra, representative Cluster head Mukhtar Ahmed and representative LDM Ankush Kumar.
