JAMMU: Mir Arifa Jan, the State President of the Nationalist Congress Party – Sharad Chandra Pawar (NMC), has been appointed as the State President, Women Wing (WW) of the BRICS Human Rights Mission for the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
