The initiative was inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner   Harvinder Singh, Chairman   HADP, during the Block Diwas programme held at Sonarthawa Block Chiralla in presence of Chief Agriculture Officer Anil Kumar Gupta and other officials.

The purpose of Kisan Sampark Abhiyan 3.0 is to raise awareness about HADP and to expedite the implementation of various projects aimed at benefiting the farming community.

Haroon Hussain, District Agriculture Officer Doda, provided an overview of the programme's objectives and encouraged participants to register for the different projects available under the scheme.

Training sessions are being conducted for farmers by resource persons from agriculture and allied departments using various audio-visual aids. A baseline survey is also being carried out by skill gap study personnel among the farmers attending the training.
