BHADERWAH: In a proud moment for electoral awareness and democratic participation, DD News Jammu has presented 'The Journey', a prestigious Coffee Table Book that encapsulates the remarkable efforts behind Jammu & Kashmir's electoral success.
A special highlight of this edition is Mr. Arif Khateeb, External Relations Officer, Bhaderwah Campus, University of Jammu, who graces the cover page of this significant publication. His selfless service to the nation and tireless efforts in promoting democratic awareness have been recognized in this remarkable edition.
This Coffee Table Book serves as a tribute to individuals like Mr. Arif Khateeb, whose dedication and commitment have played a crucial role in strengthening the electoral process. His contributions in motivating voters, especially in remote and tribal areas, have set a new benchmark in electoral participation.
Notably, Arif Khateeb ventured into high-altitude meadows of Bhaderwah valley, where he encouraged tribal communities to participate in the electoral process, even delaying their seasonal migration to ensure their votes counted.
The publication reflects DD News Jammu's commitment to showcasing the tireless efforts of individuals who work towards strengthening democracy and ensuring voter participation across all sections of society.
