JAMMU: Director Animal Husbandry Jammu, Dr. Sanjay Gupta was today accorded a warm and heartfelt farewell on his superannuation after a distinguished career in the Department of Animal Husbandry.

Dr. Gupta served the department in various capacities during his illustrious service career, beginning his journey as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon and subsequently serving as Livestock Development Officer, Deputy Director, Joint Director, CEO-Livestock Development Board Jammu and Kashmir, Director Animal Husbandry Kashmir and Director Animal Husbandry Jammu. He served as Director Animal Husbandry Jammu for more than two years.

Officers and staff of the department recalled his valuable contribution, administrative experience and dedicated service to the livestock sector and expressed their gratitude for his guidance and support throughout the tenure. In his address Dr. Sanjay Gupta expressed his gratitude to all the officers for their cooperation and support throughout his tenure.
