JAMMU: Deputy Chief Minister, Surinder Choudhary, today extended greetings to people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Lohri and Makar Sankranti. In a felicitous message, the Dy CM maintained that the festivals are a tribute to the bounties of nature ushering a change in the weather, moving towards spring.
