The meeting held detailed deliberations on the activity plan for three-month Reform Utsav campaign starting from Oct 2, 2026. The deliberations focused on highlighting departmental schemes and programmes through sustained outreach and awareness activities at the grassroots level.

The DC directed all departments to nominate Nodal Officers for the campaign and ensure effective dissemination of information about their schemes and programmes. He stressed the need for active participation of frontline workers to strengthen last-mile outreach and ensure that the benefits and information related to Government initiatives reach the intended beneficiaries.
