In loving memory of Dr. Priya Ranjan: A mentor who treated me like family

JAMMU: To strengthen grassroots engagement and women empowerment, Jammu Kashmir BJP General Secretary and Headquarters Incharge Sanjita Dogra has announced that she will hold weekly public darbar exclusively for women every Tuesday at the party’s Kachi Chawni office. The initiative aims to provide a  platform for women to voice their concerns, seek assistance, and  redressal of their grievances.

Sanjita Dogra made this announcement during her interaction with women, who had gathered to listen to the recent edition of Mann Ki Baat, the monthly radio programme of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The interaction witnessed enthusiastic participation, with women sharing their experiences and aspirations for a more inclusive and responsive governance system.

Sanjita Dogra, on this occasion, said that the Bharatiya Janata Party has always prioritized women’s empowerment and inclusive development. She emphasized that the weekly public darbar would serve as a direct bridge between women and the party leadership, ensuring that their issues are heard and possible efforts are made for redressal. This initiative is aimed at creating a comfortable and accessible environment where women can openly discuss their problems and receive appropriate guidance and support, she said.

Highlighting the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Dogra said that initiatives like Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao and various women-centric welfare schemes reflect the government’s commitment to uplifting women at every level. She reiterated that the party remains dedicated to translating these policies into tangible benefits at the grassroots.

Sanjita Dogra urged women across Jammu to actively participate in the weekly darbar and make full use of this opportunity. She expressed confidence that the initiative would not only address individual concerns but also contribute to building a more inclusive and empowered society.
