In loving memory of Dr. Priya Ranjan: A mentor who treated me like family

MUMBAI: In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, the role of leadership is undergoing a seismic shift. No longer confined to traditional decision-making, leaders are now at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and digital innovation into the core of business strategy. India's AI market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 25–35%, reinforcing its potential for innovation and job creation.

However, this transformation is not without its challenges. A KPMG survey reveals that 81% of companies struggle to keep up with the pace of technological change, highlighting the need for strategic leadership in navigating digital disruption. Moreover, PwC's Digital Readiness Survey indicates that only 25% of organisations strongly agree their company encourages innovation and adaptability, signaling a gap in leadership readiness for digital transformation.

Recognising this critical juncture, ISB Executive Education, in collaboration with Emeritus, has launched the Chief Digital and AI Officer Programme. This 30-week, immersive programme is designed for seasoned professionals aiming to lead digital initiatives and AI integration at the enterprise level.

“In today's digital era, leadership extends beyond traditional boundaries. Our CDAIO Programme is designed to equip leaders with the skills to harness AI and digital technologies effectively, ensuring they can drive innovation while maintaining robust governance,” said Sunill Sood, Executive Director, Executive Education.

Through this programme, learners will:

  • Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with organisational goals, leveraging AI for innovation and growth.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and empower teams to champion transformation initiatives.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure seamless AI adoption through effective communication and change management.
  • Establish AI governance frameworks to safeguard digital assets, ensure ethical compliance, and advise on cybersecurity measures.
  • Transform processes by strategically implementing AI technologies and fostering a culture of continuous learning to enhance digital readiness.

Programme Details:

  • Start Date: December 30, 2025
  • Duration: 30 Weeks | Online + Live Sessions, Masterclasses, and Office Hours
  • Programme Fee: ₹6,31,000 + GST
  • Eligibility: Any graduate/diploma holder with a minimum of 10 years of work experience
