SRINAGAR:  As a part of the upcoming Independence Day celebrations, District Police Kupwara lead by SSP Kupwara, Shobhit Saksena-IPS and Addl. SP Kupwara, Gh Mohd Bhat-JKPS, conducted a plantation drive today in the premises of DPO and DPL Kupwara.

The drive, themed "Ek Ped Shaheedon Ke Naam," is being carried out across the district to honour the police martyrs who have laid down their lives in the line of duty to protect the unity and integrity of the country. Officers from various ranks of the police force are actively participating in these events, upholding the commitment of District Police Kupwara to both environmental sustainability and the remembrance of our fallen heroes.
