SAMBA: The Career Orientation Counselling week began today here at Government Girls Model Higher Secondary School Samba under the Guidance of Principal Dr. Bhavna Abrol and the directions of Directorate of School Education. The event, attended by the students, parents, staff members and heads of the cluster schools along with their respective school students, proved to be quite informative and enriching. The students also cleared many of their queries.
The initiative aims to make Guidance and Counselling work together to help individuals make informed career choices and navigate their career journey successfully. Chief Education Office Kewal Krishan was the Guest. He shared his valuable experience to help students face and solve the dilemma while choosing a career for themselves. Career Counsellor Satish Bhagat was the resource person who discussed and informed diverse prospects and opportunities for students while choosing their career.
