SRINAGAR/JAMMU: Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), bid a warm farewell to Dewan Chand, chauffeur who attained superannuation today. Director Information and Public Relations, J&K, Jatin Kishore extended his best wishes to the official for a happy and prosperous post-retirement life.
