JAMMU: Pardesh Vishwakarma Sabha JK UT felicitated and honoured students and achievers on the occasion of Vishwakarma Puja Divas at Sabha H. O.Gurha Bakshi Nagar Jammu on Sunday in the Chairmanship of R.L.Chargotra, whereas Palesh Bhai from Gujarat was Chief Guest of the program. Students from 10th class pass to PG, Engg/Medical were honored by presentation of a Memento and Appreciation Letter. The function was attended by a large number of people including children and patents.
Earlier in welcome address, Shashi Verma (President of Pardesh Vishwakarma Sabha J&K UT) congratulated the participated students and their parents on the occasion of Vishwakarma Puja Divas and told that the Lord Vishwakarma is creator of this universe who created everything with his divine skill also raised the demand of gazette holiday on the Eve of Vishwakarma day which has celebrated next day of Diwali across the entire world and General Secretary Vijay Kumar has addressed and welcomes all the participants.
More than 90 students achievers and sports persons were honored which included Manik Verma selected in Indian army as lieutenant, Vanshika Dhiman bronze medal in Wushu at National level at Tamilnadu (khelo India) Sanchit Verma 98% in class 10th, Lovish Verma kickboxing, Narvi Jakhotra class 10th CBSE A1 GRADE ,Mr.Sandeep Rattan Verma ,stood 2nd in short film competition, Kanak Chargotra 94% in 10th, and Mishtha Salaria scored 93% in 10th class.
Chief guest Palesh Bhai, Y P.Boureney, Ajay Engotra, Rohit Gandhi Inspector Police were give away the prizes to students and achievers. Chief Guest in his address lauded the role of JK UT VishwakarmaSabha for conducting such type of events to boost the students fraternity and achievers of respected fields.
