KATHUA: BJP Jammu & Kashmir State Secretary Pawan Sharma, during his one-day organizational tour of Kathua district, addressed a series of meetings at Kathua, Jasrota, and Hiranagar, emphasizing the transformative role of the Bharatiya Janata Party's Digital Learning Platform (DLP) in strengthening the party from the grassroots.
Interacting with booth-level karyakartas, Pawan Sharma said that the BJP has always believed that a strong organization is built upon ideologically committed, well-trained, and dedicated workers. He stated that the Digital Learning Platform has emerged as a revolutionary initiative that equips karyakartas with ideological understanding, organizational skills, communication abilities, and leadership qualities, enabling them to serve society and the nation with greater effectiveness.
He said that under the visionary leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji and the guidance of the BJP's national leadership, the party has adopted technology to make organizational training accessible to every booth-level worker across the country. The Digital Learning Platform ensures that every karyakarta, irrespective of location, receives structured and high-quality training while remaining connected with the party's ideology, vision, and organizational objectives.
Addressing the gatherings, Sharma urged booth-level karyakartas to actively participate in the Digital Learning Platform and complete the available training modules. He noted that well-trained workers are the greatest strength of the BJP and play a decisive role in taking the party's message, government achievements, and public welfare initiatives to every household.
He emphasized that the BJP's organizational culture is rooted in continuous learning, discipline, and self-improvement. The Digital Learning Platform not only enhances knowledge but also develops leadership at the grassroots, ensuring that every booth functions as an active and effective organizational unit.
Pawan Sharma appreciated the enthusiastic participation of party workers in Kathua district and expressed confidence that the district would play a leading role in achieving the objective of strengthening every booth through trained and ideologically committed karyakartas. He called upon all party workers to make maximum use of the Digital Learning Platform and contribute towards building a stronger organization committed to the vision of "Viksit Bharat" and public service.
The tour was accompanied by several senior BJP leaders and organizational functionaries of Kathua district, including BJP District President Kathua Updesh Andotra, senior leaders Prem Nath Dogra, Rekha Kumari, Indu Rekha, Ravi Kumar, Makhan Sharma, Sudesh Kumar Sethi, and Akshay Bharti. Also present were Mandal President Lakhanpur Suman Bala, Mandal President Kathua Rahul Dev, Mandal President Dinga Amb Deepak Sharma, Mandal President Logate Surinder Singh, Mandal President Hiranagar Mukesh Padha, Mandal President Marheen Pardeep Singh, and Mandal President Chadwal Som Dutt, who accompanied Sh. Pawan Sharma during the meetings at Kathua, Jasrota, and Hiranagar and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the party organization at the booth level through the Digital Learning Platform.
