SRINAGAR: Police in Anantnag under the theme “Ek Paed Shaheedon Kay Naam” organised a plantation drive at Police Station Dooru to honour the Police martyrs who laid their lives in the line of duty. The event was both a tribute to the brave personnels’ sacrifices and a step towards promoting environmental conservation.
On the occasion, DySP DAR Anantnag, SHO PS Dooru, other officials, and Police personnel planted saplings within the Police Station premises. The drive is part of ongoing efforts to honor the memory of Police martyrs while contributing to a greener environment. The event highlighted the ultimate sacrifices made by Police personnel and underscored the importance of safeguarding the environment for future generations.
