J&K Police intensify action against illegal mineral transportation in Baramulla; vehicle seized

BARAMULLA: Continuing its crackdown against illegal extraction and transportation of minor minerals, Baramulla Police conducted surprise checking at Gantamulla, Sheeri. During the checking, a dumper bearing registration number JK05L-3464 was found without valid royalty documents.

The vehicle was seized and challaned under the relevant provisions of the MMRD Act for further necessary legal action. Police reiterates its commitment to curb illegal mineral extraction and transportation and urges all stakeholders to comply with the prescribed legal requirements.
