SRINAGAR: In a significant initiative to strengthen educational awareness and empower the youth of Kupwara, Indian Army in collaboration with SKIE Classes, organised “EDUFEST Kupwara 2026” on 15 September 2026 at Boys Higher Secondary School, Kupwara.

Envisioned as a flagship educational outreach programme, the event brought together experienced professionals and educators from Medicine, Engineering, Civil Services, Defence, Entrepreneurship, Education & Technology to guide students towards informed career choices and future opportunities.

The programme offered career counselling, competitive examination awareness, defence career guidance, higher education information, skill development, parent counselling and sessions on motivation and leadership. It was designed primarily for students of Classes 7th to 12th, NEET/JEE aspirants, college students, teachers, parents, school heads, career counsellors and representatives of educational institutions.

The initiative reflected a shared commitment to youth empowerment, educational excellence and nation-building, helping students of Kupwara transform their aspirations into achievable goals. “Empowering Young Minds Today, Shaping a Brighter Tomorrow.”
