KULGAM: The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan today conducted a detailed review of the ongoing works under the Capex Budget 2024-25. During the meeting, the DDC directed the concerned officers to expedite the completion of the ongoing works and to ensure that the estimation and other formalities for new works are completed in a timely manner. 

He emphasized the importance of adhering to project timelines to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of public services. The DDC also instructed the concerned executive agencies to personally monitor the execution of projects and works, ensuring that all activities are carried out as per the set standards and specifications. 

This hands-on approach is aimed at overcoming any potential bottlenecks and ensuring the quality and pace of work. The review meeting was attended by the Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD), Assistant Commissioner Panchayats (ACP), District Youth Services & Sports Officer (DYSSO), Executive Engineers (Exen) of R&B Kulgam/D.H Pora, Irrigation and Flood Control, and the Executive Officer of MC Kulgam.
