BANDIPORA: Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) Bandipora, under the supervision of Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO), Anees Ahmad carried out an enforcement drive today to enhance road safety awareness and curb traffic violations. 

During the drive, the department inspected a total of 90 vehicles out of which 12 vehicles were fined on the spot for various violations of traffic regulations besides notices were issued to the owners of 2 vehicles. 

Further, Documents of around 20 vehicles were retained for further verification and compliance checks. ARTO emphasized the importance of such drives in promoting road safety and ensuring adherence to traffic rules among road users. In his message, ARTO urged all vehicle owners and drivers to comply with traffic laws for the safety and well-being of all road users.
