SRINAGAR: In a heartbreaking turn of events, the family of Peerzada Fayaz Ahmad Shah of Jamia Masjid, Nowhatta, Srinagar, has suffered a deep tragedy with the passing of two loved ones. First, his brother-in-law, Maulana Abdul Rahman Bukhari Sahab of Lal Bazar, a respected religious scholar of the Kashmir Valley, passed away. The shock of his death led to another devastating loss, as Asiya Ji, wife of Irshad Ahmad Mirani, suffered a heart attack and passed away shortly after hearing the news.
Today, EJAC Vice President and MIEF Patron Farooq Ahmad Khan led a delegation to Ahmad Nagar, Srinagar, to personally offer condolences and stand in solidarity with the grieving family.Speaking on the occasion, Farooq Khan expressed his deep sorrow âThis is an incredibly painful time for Peerzada Fayaz Ahmad Shah Sahab and his family. Losing Maulana Abdul Rahman Bukhari Sahab, a revered religious figure, and then his beloved sister, Asiya Ji, is truly devastating.
My prayers are with them, and I ask Almighty Allah to grant them Jannat-ul-Firdous and Maghfirat (forgiveness).âFarooq Khan, who is a close friend and neighbor of Peerzada Fayaz Ahmad Shah, emphasized the importance of standing together as a community in times of sorrow. He urged everyone to support and pray for the bereaved family.Condolences were also extended to Maulana Bukhariâs sons, Syed Masood-Ur-Rehman Bukhari and Syed Maafuzul Rehman Bukhari, who have lost their esteemed father.
