KUPWARA: In connection with the ongoing Swachhta Pakhwada campaign and in lead up to the celebration of Independence Day, the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kupwara, M Rouf Rehman today flagged-off a bike and car rally from D.C Office Complex Kupwara.
DYS&SO, ARTO Kupwara, besides, President of the Bus Union North were present at the event. The rally saw enthusiastic participation of youth and transporters. The rally, aimed at promoting cleanliness and sanitation, commenced from the DC Complex in Kupwara, passed through Kupwara-Sopore road and concluded at Drugmulla.
The participants, riding bikes and cars adorned with the national flag, joined in this Tiranga Rally to spread awareness about cleanliness and environmental conservation in the region. The event highlighted the collective responsibility of the community towards maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
