MUMBAI: On the occasion of Engineer’s Day, Mr. Abhay Ghirnikar, Director of Manufacturing at TKIL Industries, addressed a pressing reality: “According to a report, 83% of engineering graduates in India have not yet secured a job or even an internship offer. This isn’t just a statistic; it’s a call to action.”

Highlighting the vital role engineers play, he added, “Engineers are more than seat‐time or credentials; they are innovators, problem-solvers, the quiet force behind every breakthrough. Their talent, grit, and technical mastery define what’s possible.”

At TKIL Industries, engineering excellence continues to drive transformation across sectors such as mining, cement, sugar, green hydrogen, rail batteries, and CBG. The company’s teams are committed to converting challenges into solutions with precision, creativity, and sustainable thinking.

Mr. Ghirnikar concluded with a tribute: “On this Engineer’s Day, I honour every engineer – past, present, and rising, whose brilliance is shaping our industries and proving that when opportunity meets engineering excellence, transformation follows.”
