JAMMU: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Kumar Vaishya chaired a meeting to review the progress of the Swachh Bharat Mission in the district. During the course of the meeting, the DC called upon the officers to encourage behavioral change among the public to promote cleanliness and to take firm action against willful defaulters.
