The general perception of public that public exchequer is being managed and the funds for advertisement is going in the pockets of rich and influenced publications on high commission percentage basis.
Those Journalists who doesn’t know the Alphabetical term “abc” though even cannot read their own newspapers have been encouraged for smuggling the newsprint material for small and personal associated newspapers of esteem rulers.
