1. No Teacher, Master and the Lecturer are appointed on evaluation duty without proper permission from the Directorate and no repetition is allowed for at least 5 years.
2. Those teachers or lecturers who are single for a particular stream in an institution shall not be allowed to ensure that students teaching are not suffered.
3. Principal of all institution shall furnish weekly report to directorate if they permit any teaching staff on official work to any office with reason, why a teaching staff member is deputed for such work, if they have clerical staff like junior or senior assistants in the institution.
4. No teaching staff member shall be deputed by any institution head for official work to any office which however responsibility of clerical or non teaching staff.
5. All the attendance registers, shall be submitted to directorate after every month, to avoided tempering if any.
6. All the service books records are made online, to avoid forging and tempering as reported in many offices. (with the help of scanning too).
7. A secret team from outside department is engaged to check monthly progress of teaching staff so that feedback from students is taken about the teachers and what they have taught during that particular month.
8. To keep balance, all the teaching staff is assigned teaching assignments in balance, no teacher shall be assigned more subjects and no one less, all shall be assigned in similar ratio.
9. Head of the institution shall furnish every day report online to the Directorate if he didn’t attend the institution with detailed reasons.
10. If any teaching community member is found participating in any activity (like protest etc) out station without proper leave or permission from the concerned DM, shall be liable for action and the pay for that day shall be deducted and transferred to CM relief fund. As the Govt shall not pay for protesting instead for teaching only.
