The Survival Fight of JK Monitor: For 16 years, JK Monitor has chronicled Jammu and Kashmir with integrity. Since 2010, I have steered its newsroom alongside our visionary Founding Chairman, Dr. Priya Ranjan (IIT Kharagpur alumnus, University of Maryland Ph.D.). His tragic demise in October 2026 left a severe financial and operational vacuum. Without urgent support, our 24/7 news portal risks permanently shutting down after November 2026, remaining only as a static digital archive. We appeal to well-wishers to extend a helping hand to keep our active newsroom alive. Support Us: WhatsApp: +91-9906103001 | Email: journalistajmerwani@gmail.com

Sat Sharma while paying rich tributes to the martyr lauded the supreme sacrifice of Amarjeet Sharma. He said that the nation is indebted to such martyrs whose bravery and dedication continue to inspire generations. “The place where Amarjeet Sharma achieved martyrdom has now been immortalized with the erection of a memorial to ensure his sacrifice remains etched in the hearts of the people,” said Sat Sharma and added that the martyr laid down life while fighting for the nation, society, and Dharma.

Sat Sharma asserted that Jammu & Kashmir has long suffered from the menace of terrorism, but under the decisive leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has abandoned the earlier soft approach and adopted a firm and strategic stance. “The successful execution of ‘Operation Sindoor’ has sent a strong message to the enemies of peace that the perpetrators of terrorism will face decisive consequences,” he added.
