- About 300 aspirants to be provided free classes and guidance
SHOPIAN: Free Mentorship and Coaching Program for Competitive Exams aspirants, a first of its kind initiative in the district was today thrown open by District Administration Shopian. The Deputy Commissioner (DC), Shopian Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar inaugurated the facility consisting of three Reading Rooms at Government Boys Higher Secondary School Shopian.
At the venue, aspirants who registered for availing the free coaching and mentorship shall be provided relevant preparation modules and specialized coaching to help them excel in national & UT level competitive examinations. This program aims to provide reliable and impactful study resources to aspirants/students preparing for various competitive exams including the online orientation classes from reputed coaching centres and guidance and mentorship by local experts and officers.
Speaking on the occasion, the DC emphasized the aspirants to harness the facility to their fullest ability in their journey towards achieving their cherished dreams. Consistency is the most important trait while preparing for Competitive examinations, said DC to the students. More than 300 aspirants today turned up and attended the inaugural coaching classes. The Chief Education Officer, Principal, BHSS and other concerned were present at the inauguration ceremony.
