UDHAMPUR: The Department of Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) today organized a one-day safety training programme for its officers and field staff, here in the Conference Hall DC Office Complex.
The experts from JPDCL gave live demonstrations and sensitization on electrical safety practices and Standard Operating Procedures essential for fieldwork. The programme emphasized the importance of preventive safety measures, the correct use of safety equipment and emergency response strategies to ensure the safety of both personnel and the public during field operations.
The participants were advised to maintain constant vigilance with strict adherence to safety protocols while on duty. The training concluded with a question-and-answer session, allowing participants to address their queries and deepen their understanding of best practices in safety management.
