SRINAGAR: Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the demise of the mother of Shri Rakesh Sharma, Deputy Secretary, who passed away today. In his condolence message, the Chief Secretary conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to Shri Rakesh Sharma and the bereaved members of his family on their irreparable loss.

 Dulloo described the passing away of a mother as a deeply painful personal loss, leaving an irreplaceable void in the lives of her children and family members. He said that words can hardly provide solace at such a difficult moment, but the support and prayers of colleagues and well-wishers stand with the bereaved family in this hour of grief.

The Chief Secretary prayed to Almighty God to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and give Shri Rakesh Sharma and his family the strength, courage and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
